Ordering was easy and the delivered bouquet was on time and even more beautiful than the picture.

It was a quick turnaround for the delivery of the flowers. However, coordination with the funeral home was done and everything was on time. I hear the flowers were beautiful. Thank you for your professionalism.

The flowers themselves turned out ok, but didn't look like as pictured on their website. Their communication after the sales was poor. I got no notification when the flowers were delivered which I told I would get. I assumed it would have been pretty much immediately after they were delivered. When 6 hours went by after they were still delivered I called to follow up w/a status. The person who answered the phone couldn't tell me if and/or when they were delivered. Stating that the delivery person doesn't always tell them. Huh? It just takes a simple text to confirm it. 3 hours later she called me back saying they were delivered and gave me the time. I should have known that right when they were.

Easy to order online, technology is great then, with ease for payment, but afterwards it shuts down with lack of technology. Very disappointed on service, and like I said, the flowers were ok.
