Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered these for a funeral service near Toledo and I am in Cleveland, so I was a little apprehensive. The online process was very user friendly and allowed me to put a personal message in and ask for 3 different "levels" of the arrangement I chose. I love that I got a confirmation it was delivered as well because none of us were in attendance at the service. Our co-worker whose family member was the deceased showed me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful. He was very complimentary. So thank you for making a stressful and sad situation a bit nicer.
